  • March 2008: DMACC Mortuary Science Re-Accredited
    At the March 2008 annual meeting of the American Board of Funeral Service Education, the Committee on Accreditation granted re-accreditation to the DMACC Mortuary Science program for a period of 7 years. The Re-Accreditation was given with commendations for DMACC Mortuary Science’s Distance Learning course and the high pass rates on the National Board Exam, as well as receiving praise for program’s success.
     
  • March 2008: DMACC Adds Online Option
    The DMACC Mortuary Science program will be adding an online option for students interested in completing the program. The online option will require students to come to campus between 3 and 5 times during the one year program of study. Each time on campus will be between 3 and 5 days in length.
